where friends and family gather, pictures are taken,

emotions run high, and the senses are heightened.

Because it can do so much, your cake should reflect

your desires and ideas, not limited by what is

available on the shelf, or in the freezer at your local

bakery or grocery store.

The small sample of cakes shown on these pages

reflect possibilities, not inventories, and we stand

ready to put your ideas into frosting and fondant.

But more than this, we want your cake to be

pleasing to another sense...that of taste. Too often

the total cake experience is ruined, or not what it

should be, because what's inside does not live up to

the expectation that a stunning exterior has created.

"At least it looked nice" is a polite way of saying

"but it tastes like cardboard."

That is why our cakes are made fresh to your

specifications for flavor and filling. We want our

customers, and your guests, to come back looking for

that last little piece, and to be pressing their forks
